Who's mans is this @Edison(blog post 5)

Edison this and Edison that. That's all people do is blindly praise this fraudulent "Inventor". To everyone it common knowledge to know that the lightbulb and Thomas Edison are related somehow actually, that's a really simple fact most people know. If you don't know this let's take a look back at more prehistoric times LOL. Back in the 1800s people would work during the day and come home at night because of the lack of lights presence. Light was crucial to everything a person did. No light meant no work, no work meant no pay, and no pay meant you and your family would starve to death. With this fact being known by all people strived to find a way to light up the night so more work would be done. Up till then, the only light sources were the sun and occasionally some torches or candles. These items WERE NOT cutting it at all. This changed in "1840" because a "British scientist Warren de la Rue developed an efficiently designed light bulb using a coiled platinum filament in place of copper"

This man created the first know light bulb. Although this was a glorious feat, it was highly overlooked by the public. The reason behind this was the fact that the materials La Rue used were STUPID expensive. This was the first man to create the lightbulb not Edison*insert disgust face here*. Ten years later an "English chemist Joseph Swan tackled the cost-effectiveness problem of previous inventors and by 1860 he had developed a light bulb that used carbonized paper filaments in place of ones made of platinum". Swan had solved the problem that La rue had with his design! This was wonderful now everyone could enjoy incandescent lighting wherever they were. But, alas the light bulb burned out so quickly that it turned out to be a waste of money. And this is where Mr. Fraudulent activity himself comes in. This dude Edison analyzed Swan's amazing revamp of La Rues bulb and IMPROVED IT he DID NOT invent the bulb though. Edison showed the world that the filament in the Swans bulb was the problem. After he made the change he filed a patent and got it. he monopolized on this, making him famous and rich. Edison to this day receives praise CONSISTENTLY. Its not right credit should be given to where it's due . Ill ask this question again,*inhales* WHOS MANS IS THIS @Edison!!!??
